De há tempos a esta parte tenho avaliado de fora, sem envolvimento, algumas caixas de comentários, tanto em blogues como em órgãos de comunicação social online. Assisto à mesma tendência que Godin relata. Nos sítios onde o anonimato é banido ou desencorajado a qualidade tende a aumentar, mesmo no calor da controvérsia as picardias não descabam no insulto pessoal e a argumentação em geral melhora.
